About Me As a French chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary world, I found myself deeply captivated by one remarkable element—Japanese sake. Now, as a certified sake sommelier and lecturer, I am passionate about sharing the depth, delicacy, and beautiful harmony that sake brings to food.
